  32. I have small 386SL PC-compatible machine with 25-pin parallel port,
  33. and am going to make its connection to a TNC which has a flexible
  34. (work under several modes) parallel port interface, and no serial
  35. interface to the host.

  37. Wiring is OK, and PC -> TNC initialization seemed done, but
  38. direction control is impossible. Problem lies in here.
  39. In setup mode, I have LPT[1-3] naming choice (with different I/O
  40. addresses) for the port, but any choice for bidirectional mode
  41. does not appear. I have heard of something about changing mode.
  42. But trying with debug to command I/O then to switch into
  43. bidirectional mode took no effect... I am short of reliable
  44. information to modify driver.

  46. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
  47. (specification in any shape, free source codes of any drivers
  48. making use of the function, and so on...)
